Refunds are only applicable in limited circumstances as outlined below.
If a client submits a valid cancellation request on or before the 15th day of the month, and a debit order is nevertheless processed at the end of that same month, the debited subscription amount will be refunded in full to the client.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the 15th of the month, even if the client does not make use of the software for the remainder of the billing period.
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take a reasonable number of business days to reflect, depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
By using the software and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
All products sold are digital software services and are delivered electronically. As no physical goods are provided, returns are not applicable.
Once access to the software has been granted, the product is considered delivered and in use, and therefore cannot be returned.
Clients are encouraged to review product information, demonstrations, and any available trial access prior to purchase to ensure the software meets their requirements.
This Return Policy does not limit or override the company’s Cancellation Policy or Refund Policy, which outline the specific circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.
By purchasing and using the software, the client acknowledges and agrees that digital software products are non-returnable.
